TClarke strengthens leadership with new board appointments
TClarke is announcing a number of senior leadership appointments to the Board of TClarke Contracting Ltd (TCL), reinforcing the company’s executive capability and supporting its long-term strategic growth.
From 1 March 2026, the following will join the TCL Board:

They join the existing Board comprising Mark Lawrence (CEO), Jon Farrell (Finance Director), Garry Julyan (Commercial Managing Director), and Andy Griffiths (Systems Director).
At the same time, and as part of this planned transition, Mike Crowder is retiring from TClarke. Mike joined the business in 1987 and has played a central role in developing TClarke into a leading engineering and building services organisation, making a lasting contribution to the company, its people, and its customers.
Mark Lawrence, CEO, commented:
“On behalf of everyone at TClarke, I would like to thank Mike for his outstanding contribution over many years. His leadership has helped shape the business we are today, and we wish him a long and happy, healthy retirement.
TClarke has a wealth of exceptional talent. These appointments form part of our long-term succession planning and position TClarke strongly for the next phase of its strategic development as we progress towards our goal of achieving annual revenues of £1 billion.
Clive, Lee and Chris bring significant leadership experience and deep operational knowledge, further strengthening the Board as we continue to grow the business, while creating exciting opportunities for others across TClarke to develop and progress their careers.”
