Key Tasks
- Logging all Reactive, Planned and Quoted Works jobs on Coins CAFM system.
- Monitoring jobs status to ensure SLAs are met.
- Providing updates to clients on client system database through to completion.
- Scheduling engineer labour and subcontractors, updating diaries to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Liaising directly with engineers and regional gym managers for urgent reactive call outs.
- Collating and uploading paperwork to client database, completing on Coins.
- Assist management when required with overdue reports, chasing on suppliers and subcontractors to drive forward to completion.
- Monitoring emails, replying to client chases, and corresponding with suppliers via email and telephone.
