Key Tasks

  • Logging all Reactive, Planned and Quoted Works jobs on Coins CAFM system.
  • Monitoring jobs status to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Providing updates to clients on client system database through to completion.
  • Scheduling engineer labour and subcontractors, updating diaries to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaising directly with engineers and regional gym managers for urgent reactive call outs.
  • Collating and uploading paperwork to client database, completing on Coins.
  • Assist management when required with overdue reports, chasing on suppliers and subcontractors to drive forward to completion.
  • Monitoring emails, replying to client chases, and corresponding with suppliers via email and telephone.
