Record results for 137-year-old TClarke
Britain’s biggest M&E Contractor has posted a strong set of results; leadership change announced.
Latest figures from TClarke show the Company achieving record levels of operating profit at £18.7m, having risen from £15.9m in the prior 15-month period.
Revenue for the year ended 31 March 2026 remained strong at £645.6m (2025: £677.7m on 12 month like-for-like basis).
The company remains debt free and finished the year with cash and cash equivalents of £26.4m.
Analysis of revenues for the year by project show that 64% of TClarke’s order book is made up of projects values in excess of £50m, with the current forward order book standing at a record level of over £1 billion.
TClarke has also announced the appointment of Clive Carr as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect, replacing Mark Lawrence who has left the company after a 40-year career. Clive was previously TClarke’s Managing Director, Built Environment.
