UK North In-house prefabrication capabilities on show at Edinburgh Innovation Hub

TClarke UK North operates a dedicated Manufacturing Facility in Coatbridge, Scotland, alongside our existing facility in Stansted. Both locations specialise in producing prefabricated elements of our installation units using the latest Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). This capability enables us to streamline project delivery, reduce on-site construction time, and provide significant efficiency benefits to our clients

These capabilities are showcased at The Edinburgh Innovation Hub in Edinburgh – a collaboration between Queen Margaret University and East Lothian Council. Spanning 7,200 sqm, the Hub will feature flexible laboratory spaces, offices, and fully equipped meeting and conference areas available for rent by high-growth small to medium enterprises (SMEs). The Hub aims to support and grow businesses that focus on innovation, knowledge exchange, and technology, bringing together research, industry, and academia under one roof to create opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
