50 Fenchurch Street, London will deliver 78,000 sqm of all-electric workspace, blending bold design with cutting-edge sustainability. Built in just 60 weeks, the tower features vertical greening, rooftop and winter gardens, and a high-performance façade that boosts air quality and biodiversity.
80-100 Victoria Street, London is a major decarbonisation project for Land Securities. With meticulous planning and digital modelling, a series of complex city lifts has been completed successfully, removing chillers and installing prefabricated pipework modules, cable drums and new air source heat pumps.
75 London Wall, London is being reinvented as a standout, future-ready destination in the heart of the City, transforming the former Winchester House into a dynamic, sustainable workplace built to BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum standards. TClarke is delivering a full electrical installation, from HV/LV systems and generators to intelligent power management, PV and life safety services, ensuring the building is ready for the next generation.
Project Apple, Bristol, a major research and development hub in Bristol, has reached its final chapter, achieving Practical Completion. This fast-paced build moved quickly through the closing stages, driven by outstanding teamwork across site crews and supply chain partners.
110 St Vincent Street, Glasgow. Delivered in just twelve weeks, the team powered through a live city-centre environment to install hundreds of luminaires, downlights, track lighting and power systems across three transformed floors. This has been a standout win for the Glasgow team.
Straits Place, Edinburgh (ENP PBSA) has officially reached Practical Completion – a fantastic milestone for the team and another big win for the region.

Major data centres. TClarke’s data centre teams have successfully delivered two major projects in the London region, working for leading industry clients and further strengthening our market position and reputation for quality delivery.
Forthside Studios, Stirling. TClarke is commencing the commissioning process at Forthside Studios, a project transforming former Ministry of Defence land in Stirling into one of Scotland’s largest film production sites.
Project Tempo, Maidenhead continues to take shape as the team progresses through the final stages of installation and fitout. Recent works showcase the quality of the interior spaces, reflecting the collaborative effort on site.
MUCH The Kings Lynn project is King’s Lynn’s updated library and community hub, now delivered as the new heart of this historic market town.
Hutchinson Laboratory, Addenbrooke’s Hospital, has been a fast-paced scheme, adding another successful laboratory project to TClarke Peterborough’s strong track record in the life sciences sector.
Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre, West Drayton is a state-of-the-art venue combining a 25-metre pool, flume, fitness suite, sports hall, soft play, climbing zone and even a rooftop 3G pitch for the community. Final MEP commissioning is under way as the team prepares the space for its autumn debut.
Imaging Hub, Milton Keynes University Hospital brings MRI, ultrasound and CT upgrades to Milton Keynes. The team is already gearing up for the next on-site venture as the campus continues to evolve.
Devonshire Gardens, Cambridge. After a long design phase, this major commercial scheme has burst into life, with boots now on the ground. Fast-paced and ambitious, Devonshire Gardens, Cambridge is set to be delivered in under a year.
