We are look for Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our London region.
Working from our London Office or Site depending on the size of the project you will be involved in schemes across various sectors including Healthcare, Education, Fit Out Commercial and Data Centres, located across London and the South-East.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years quantity surveying experience in the M&E sector.
- Must have worked on projects £10m+
- Good understanding of JCT / NEC forms of contract
- BSc, MSc or HND qualification (or equivalent)
- Good communicator with proactive, ‘Can-do’ attitude
- Team Leader, capable of working under pressure.
- Effective use of initiative
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of monthly CVR.
- Submission and agreement of monthly applications for payment.
- Submission and agreement of variations.
- Procurement and management of sub-contract packages.
- Procurement of plant / equipment.
- Cashflow forecasting.
- Preparation of contractual correspondence/notices, EOT’s and L&E.
- Where relevant, manage and coach junior members of the Commercial Team.
- Ensure compliance with the Contract, and Company Commercial Procedures.
