Our IT Department are responsible for providing quality and responsive technical support to all our employees across project sites and office locations.

You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure all service incidents are managed throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Investigate and resolve software issues raised through our ticketing system
  • Investigate and resolve hardware issues raised through our ticketing system
  • Escalation of complex tickets to the appropriate senior member of the team
  • Setting up and configuring hardware (Laptops, Mobiles & Tablets)
  • Assisting in the setup and configuration of our project site offices (remotely)
  • Installing software and testing
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure the correct delivery of services & goods purchased by IT
  • Write system documentation, accurately logging ticket resolutions and Site setups
  • Create New starts and ensure they are setup to a standard format
  • Assigning required office 365 licences
  • Disable leavers and ensure that all permissions are revoked
  • Managing user access/permissions
  • The candidate should have a passion for IT with good problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise incoming workload effectively
  • Occasional site visits may be required.
