TClarke in Scotland is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Eurocentral. Our IT team are responsible for providing quality and responsive technical support to all our employees across project sites and office locations. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure all service incidents are managed throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have a passion for IT with good problem solvingskills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise incoming workload effectively
- To work well with our key 3rd party suppliers to resolve technical problems
